Finishing - Production

With a staff complement of up to 120 experienced hand finishers, our production department is able to undertake the most complex of finishing jobs. Supported by a team of supervisors and a strong management team the quality of our finishing is assured. Our two shift system ensures that work is carried out in the timescales you require and with robust quality check procedures in place to ensure quality and consistency you can be certain that your requirements will be carried out to the highest standard. Our flexible work patterns mean that weekend finishing is available on request.

Machine Finishing.

Our Hugo Beck XLM 10 is capable of undertaking a variety of finishing work including:

• Poly wrapping supplements, DVDs, gifts, toys and books
• Hot glue cover mounting both hand managed and automated
• Random inserting of flyers, leaflets and subs card
• Barcoding

Both pre printed and clear cast polypropylene film with a thickness of between 30 micron and 70 micron can be accommodated.
